Your new role:
- Providing screening, assessment, and recovery planning and onward referral
- Promoting carer, service user and community involvement
- Providing advocacy for access to partnership services
- Motivational Interviewing
- Substance awareness
- Prevent training
What you'll need to succeed
- Opiate Substitute Treatment experience.
- Managing a caseload well and proactively.
- Taking part in MDTs.
- 1:1 work.
- Organised and hard-working.
- Polite, empathetic, and patient.
What you'll get in return
- Up to £13.50 per hour depending on experience.

- 30 hours per week. (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
- 3-month contract
- Start immediately.
