Process and Reliability Engineer

This is a new role within our client's engineering team reporting directly into the Engineering Manager.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Engineering work organisation
- Management of engineering systems and reporting
- Improvement of equipment performance through a targeted and effective maintenance programme
- Engineering compliance
- Project management and site improvement activity
The role has scope to make a difference on site and equip the job holder with great experience for developing a career at our client.
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
- Engineering degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Maintenance management systems. Experiance with SAP PM (Preventative Maintenance) and SAP MM (Material Master) is ideal, but training will be provided as required.
- Experience working within a Manufacturing industry.
- Understanding of maintenance processes and technologies including condition monitoring systems.
- Mechanical/Electrical aptitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
- Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills.
- Driven to make change and impact.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and turn it into action.
- Highly professional and organised with a keen attention to detail.
- Proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to make sound logical decisions.
- Resilient and able to cope under pressure to react to frequently changing situations.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- A team player who can also work well on their own.
