This school is looking for an experienced Sociology Teacher or would consider ECT's who would be able to come in and take on full responsibilities of a teacher which includes planning, marking and attending meetings to help improve the department and learning objectives.

In this role you will teach Sociology across KS3-KS5, preparing learners for both GCSE's and A-Levels. A passion for Sociology is a must as it will be your role to inspire and motivate learners to continue their progression.

Role requirements:

  • * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • * Degree in Sociology or related subject
  • * Strong communication and organizational skills
  • * A passion for Teaching and inspiring learners
  • * Secondary School experience teaching KS3-KS5
  • * Strong knowledge of national curriculum
  • * Passion for Sociology
  • * Experience as a Sociology teacher at secondary school level is preferred.
