- Lead a team of therapists, spa reception team, and spa butlers in the day-to-day operations of the exclusive hotel spa
- Manage revenue and ensure the execution of 5-star service, maintaining high standards at all times
- Provide training and conduct 1:1 meetings and appraisals to uphold exceptional service levels
Requirements:
- Considerable experience in luxury spa management and a strong background in customer service
- Demonstrate expertise driving performance and developing teams
- Ability to effectively manage and inspire a team to provide exceptional service
- Proficiency in managing day-to-day operations, with a focus on revenue management
