Are you a Sales Manager or similar with a background selling into the water industry looking for a fully autonomous and newly created role which you can truly make your own, where you will provide specialist sales solutions to a broad client base across the UK within a market-leading prestigious industrial odour control company who offer a bonus and the opportunity to have a direct impact on the success of the business going forward?

Within this brand-new role, you will be forging relationships with all the major water companies, as well as other industries which require technical solutions to odour control in the UK. You will be acting on your own volition and with a steady stream of enquiries coming into the business to sell equipment from £20,000 to £6million.

This company are a market leader in process equipment and have been supplying to their loyal client base across the market for over 30 years. They design, develop and manufacture specialist equipment, suppling across the UK, USA, and Middle East. Now experiencing rapid and sustained growth, they are looking for a new Sales Manager to join the business and take the role forward in their own vision, with the ability to capitalise on recent success.

In this dynamic, self-sufficient role your time is split between managing existing accounts including framework contracts and new business development, with a focus on the latter. You will be working primarily from home with visits to clients as well as office visitation.

This role would suit a Sales Manager or similar with a background selling into the water industry looking for a versatile role within a market-leader who provide autonomy, flexible working hours and a bonus to increase earnings.

The Role:

  • Account management (30%) and Business Development (70%)
  • Work with new and existing clients
  • Lead Generation from enquiries, networking, and lapsed customers
  • Assisting with technical sales and quantifying leads
  • Visiting Clients UK wide
  • Monitor and report on performance results
  • Aid with preparing bids and cost estimating

The Person:

  • Sales / BD manager or similar
  • Experience selling into the Water industry
  • Full Driving Licence
