Your role as the Digital Trading Manager will be to support the Head of Ecommerce in delivering the online sales plan - optimising the promotional and conversion opportunities. You will also look after a couple of the more emerging members of the team as direct reports.
The Digital Trading Manager role is part of a big internal team structure but there is a chance to really make this space your own and progress quickly within the company off the back of your success.
Your day-to-day duties will be:
- Weekly reporting with your team members on website performance and strategy
- Working closely with the merchandising team to formulate plans and bring them to life
- Looking after the trading aspects of the website with a commercial focus
- Collaboration with the wider business through meetings and updates on all things web trading
- Looking at content and unison with email marketing campaigns
- Site planning, performance and trouble shooting
- Trend setting and competitor analysis
Experience needed:
- Online/ Ecommerce/ Web Trading experience
- Ideally management experience
- Strong commercial acumen
- Highly organised and driven
- Experience in working with web analytics (e.g. Google)
- Great communicator/ team player
- Reporting experience
