Description
The key responsbilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk include:
- Efficiently management and maintenance of the Accounts Payable function.
- Timely processing of invoices and expense claims.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and with supplier query management
- Preparations and processing of payment runs.
- Assisting in monthly closings and prepare analysis of accounts.
- Participate in financial audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members in the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
- An academic background in accounting, finance or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
