Our client is in search of an experienced Regional FX Sales Director to guide and enhance their sales strategy and operations throughout the UK. This pivotal role requires a seasoned sales professional with a significant background in forex brokerage. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership capabilities, a strategic approach, and a proven ability to boost sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategies to grow revenue and market share within the UK FX sector.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both individual and institutional clients, such as banks, financial institutions, and corporations.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Market Insights: Conduct comprehensive market analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, using these insights to guide strategic decisions and sales tactics.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase market presence.
  • Forecasting: Create and manage detailed sales forecasts, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee sales team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement necessary adjustments to meet targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and alignment of sales efforts with the company's broader objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with industry leaders.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 10 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the FX or financial services industry.
  • Extensive professional network within the UK financial sector, with strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated success in business development within the FX or financial services sector.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of trading Shares, CFDs, and FX.
  • Proficiency with FX trading software such as Meta Quotes and bridge technology.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Results-driven, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
  • Full proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
