Title: Continuous Improvement Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £70k per annum

One of the UK's 'critical' infrastructure providers and a leading supplier of maritime services to the British economy require a Business Process Specialist to work out of there London or Hull office (3 days on-site / days remote).

This company are renowned through the UK for providing an exceptional service to the customers they serve, which range from government, large corporates to individual consumers. A truly unique proposition in the UK market.

In this role you will be considered an SME, responsible for working across the business to simplify and standardise processes. Additionally, you will lead end-to-end improvement projects, deploying a CI structured approach.

This role will sit within the Engineering/Maintenance workstream. Therefore a background in such, or Operations, Supply Chain etc, is essential.

Key skills/experience:

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of effectively engaging to drive change.
  • Substantial practical business experience with proven background in delivering value through process standardisation and optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g. Prince, Agile & Scrum)

The role is based in either the London or Hull office. Offering a basic salary up to £70k with an excellent benefits package including bonus, HC. + many other benefits that you would expect from one of the UK's leading employers.
