Service Manager NHS | North West |3-6m | £25 -£30ph
An exciting opportunity has arisen to support a busy NHS Trust within their Operational Management team. The Trust have engaged Castlefield Recruitment to recruit an experienced Service Manager for a period of 3-6 months at band 7 level.
Duties will include;
- Responsibility for the supervision of the Operational Management team within Mental Health Services, and exercise delegated authority to resolve day to day management issues within the Service
- Ensuring effective co-ordination and management of budgets and agreed national and local performance objectives
- Successfully business planning and the developing continuous improvement of patient care processes
- Pro active liaison with clinical teams for the benefit of patients, taking action as appropriate to enable continuous improvement of service quality

The successful candidate will:
- Must have team management experience
- Must have worked within an NHS setting - Mental Health Experience Preferred
