Yolk Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing various HR processes, ensuring compliance with UK law, and contributing to the company's mission of empowering its people to succeed. What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the full recruitment process, from job advertising to interviewing, onboarding, and conducting exit interviews.
  • Ensuring all HR activities comply with UK employment law.
  • Organising and maintaining both physical and digital employment records, including tracking holidays, sickness, and other HR data.
  • Supporting the delivery of HR training programs and workshops.
  • Taking minutes during key meetings such as investigations, disciplinaries, appeals, and general staff meetings.
  • Drafting essential HR documents, including offer letters, meeting invitations, and outcome letters.
  • Enhancing employee engagement by assisting with internal communication initiatives such as Influence Team, Quarterly Focus, Round Table, and Townhall meetings.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and new starters, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Handling logistical tasks such as ordering food and beverages for meetings and managing travel arrangements, including booking hotels, taxis, and lunches for the team.

Essential Skills

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience in a responsible HR role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Problem-solving abilities with the courage to challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage conflict and develop effective conflict resolution strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with team members.

Working Hours, Salary & Other

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Salary: £28,000 per annum.
