Assistant Manager - Bradford Showroom
About the Role:
This role requires you to work every Saturday and Sunday with your two days off in the week.
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to join their team at the Bradford showroom. As the Assistant Manager, you will support the Sales Manager in driving sales within a high-performing, multi-million-pound kitchen showroom. Your leadership will help inspire the sales team to reach their targets, and you will assist in creating and delivering inspirational kitchen designs that exceed customer expectations.
The Package:
- Basic Salary: £25,000
- Uncapped Commission Structure: OTE up to £40,000
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with every customer, ensuring they experience design excellence and leave with their dream kitchen.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to increase showroom sales.
- Support the Sales Manager in recruiting and training exceptional team members who contribute to the showroom's success.
- Assist in ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service at all times.
- Uphold Health and Safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
