THE COMPANY

I am working with a globally renowned insurer on a customer-centric analytical hire. You will utilise SQL & Python to optimise retention and acquisition, reduce churn and implement strategies to boost sales through data-driven insights and analysis.

THE ROLE

The successful Senior Customer Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement strategies to boost sales performance through data-driven insights and analysis
  • Analyse customer behaviour and preferences to identify retention opportunities and design effective retention programs
  • Monitor and improve key customer metrics to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Conduct rigorous testing on email campaigns to optimize engagement and conversion rates
  • Utilise data analytics to increase customer lifetime value and enhance profitability
  • Develop lookalike models to identify potential customers interested in multiple products, driving cross-selling opportunities
  • Implement strategies to minimize customer lapse and churn rates through proactive analysis and intervention

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Customer Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience as a data analyst or senior analyst, with a focus on improving sales and customer metrics
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

THE BENEFITS
