As the company continues to make a name for itself, it has various Finance Sales opportunities up for grabs and there are two ways in which these positions can be filled.

They'll look at someone who is looking to kickstart their sales career

For this option, it's all about personality and your approach. They are more than happy to receive applications from those with little experience, but boast excellent communication skills and demonstrate big drive and determination. The team is set up to train and support new starters, which means the successful candidate will be paired with some of their most successful Account Managers who will show you the ropes and teach you the tricks of the trade, so long as you're not afraid to pick up the phone and start forging those invaluable relationships with prospective clients. In time, you'll take the reigns and will take on more responsibilities, which includes handling your own accounts and shaping and guiding the sales process.

Or, they'll look at someone with existing finance sales experience

For this option, they're keen to receive applications from those who have worked in finance previously and have a good understanding of the industry and its regulations. If at this level, the successful candidate will be expected to dive in head first, pick up the phone and bring something fresh to the team be it new ideas or recommendations - despite being in business for over thirty years, they are more than happy to take on board recommendations and listen to their ideas and adapt!

Both positions will have largely the same duties, so expect to be:

  • Initiating contact through regular outbound calls
  • Undertaking research to identify potential opportunities
  • Promoting offers and new packages to existing customers
  • Qualifying leads by reaching out to customers and understanding their needs
  • Establishing strong relationships with customers by maintaining regular contact
  • Maintaining an up-to-date CRM system by recording all sales activity

In return, you'll be offered:

  • A salary of between £25,000 - £30,000 with uncapped commission
