Leading UK law firm with a fantastic industry reputation is seeking an experienced Facilities Assistant to join their in house FM team in ensuring seamless Facilities support throughout the firm.

  • Salary up to £34,000 per annum and excellent benefits
  • Working hours 9:30 to 17:30 (office based)

The Facilities Assistant will be responsible for supporting the firm's legal and business services professionals in delivering high-quality hard and soft services support. This is varied role that would suit an experienced candidate, looking to take the next step in their career with more responsibility in a tight knit team, offering opportunities to get involved in key projects and drive the firm's FM department going forward.

Key Responsibilities of the Facilities Assistant:

  • Assist with helpdesk, acting as main point of contact for the FM team
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Processing invoices and quotes for the department
  • Ensuring all workplace inspections are carried out adhering to appropriate regulations
  • Support office moves, reconfigurations and space planning
  • Manage all H&S processes
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans and actions, liaising with marshals and first aiders where appropriate

Key Skills and Experience of the Facilities Assistant:

  • Previous experience supporting and FM team, ideally within a legal setting
  • Listed building experience preferred
  • Excellent internal and external client facing skills
  • Strong organisational capabilities
