This prestigious law firm is actively seeking a dynamic, organised, and personable individual to join their vibrant team as a Personal Assistant (PA).
While previous legal experience is advantageous, what they value most is your friendly demeanour, exceptional organisational skills, and proven track record as a PA.
The Role:
As the right hand to one of their experienced partners, your role will be multifaceted and pivotal. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Diary Management: Daily orchestration of schedules, adept rescheduling, and ensuring seamless navigation of daily agendas.
- Client Liaison: Engaging with clients, providing them with impeccable service, and embodying the professionalism of our firm.
- Administrative Support: Handling a range of tasks for our partners, including minimal letter typing, sending communications, and managing our paperless system efficiently.
- Email Screening and Workload Management: Prioritising and managing emails, efficiently handling workload on behalf of the partner.
- Expense Management: Overseeing and managing expenses effectively.
- Booking and Coordination: Organising travel, training, and meetings with finesse.
The Ideal Candidate:
While legal experience is beneficial, what they truly seek is an individual with prior PA experience, someone who thrives in an organised environment and possesses excellent communication skills. You must be adept at taking control when needed, as the partner's role requires someone who can manage challenges and maintain order.
Location, Salary & Hours:
- Location: Tunbridge Wells
- Salary Range: up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
