The team at NET Recruit are excited to share a fantastic new opportunity that has become available within a company operating in the property industry, who are searching for a Marketing and Sales Copywriter to join their team working mostly remotely, with occasional travel to Heathrow. The position holder will be paramount in their continued growth and expansion, with them supporting the business to reach new customers and grow their clientele base. Alongside this, the position holder will be targeting existing customers to explore further opportunities for sales development. This will be a full 360 marketing support role, entering into areas such as social media, website creation, digital marketing, copywriting, PPC campaigns and visual creation.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

While in this role your duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Producing excellent quality copywriting materials for sales that is in line with market strategies
  • Creating targeted and persuasive emails aimed with engaging both new and potential clients, as well as driving conversations with existing clients, with the aimed result of converting sales
  • Utilising WordPress to design and create landing pages to optimise the business' digital marketing
  • Overseeing and driving success social media and PPC campaigns, ensuring these deliver the best return on investment by conducting detailed analysis on marketing data to seek ways of improvement
  • Designing and creating visually pleasing content for multiple channels across social media, websites, online thumbnails and other marketing materials to promote engagement for customers
  • Creating content and marketing material for social media platforms which may include LinkedIn and 'X'.
  • Working with the wider marketing team to brainstorm new ideas, discuss potential opportunities and seek ways to improve processes
  • Conducting market research to stay abreast of the latest and most promising industry trends and apply these across copywriting, digital marketing and SEO activities

What you will need to Apply:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have demonstratable experience within sales copywriting and digital marketing and be in possession of a high-quality portfolio of work. Exquisite command over the English language, specifically in written, to include copywriting, editing and proofreading, but also in verbal form is an absolute must and non-negotiable for this role and will be at the highest priority level for the business. Previous working knowledge of WordPress is required, as well as use of design software, for example: Adobe Creative Suite. Candidates should have experience creating website elements and producing all sorts of marketing materials. An understanding of social media platforms, Google Analytics and PPC campaigns is also needed. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or English would be beneficial but not essential.

The successful candidate for this role will be able to access a salary of up to potentially £50,000 to compliment a package that includes a good holiday allocation and a competitive pension scheme and other work perks and employee rewards.

The role can be worked within a remote capacity for the successful applicant, with the expectation for travel to Heathrow for events every so often. This will allow for a great work-life balance for the job holder.
