Job Title: Temporary Executive Assistant
Location: North Nottingham
Duration: Temporary Ongoing
Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and other senior executives.
- Manage and update actions, ensuring timely follow-up on tasks.
- Schedule meetings, arrange travel, and maintain the COO's calendar.
- Prepare reports and data analysis related to department portfolios.
- Act as the key interface with stakeholders, maintaining effective communication.
- Support the Executive Management team in general administration tasks.
- Proven track record of success in an EA role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Must be highly organized and meticulous.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Assertive and proactive approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the board and drive business initiatives forward.
