Sales Administrator

I am currently working with a leading manufacturer who are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to support the team during a busy period.
Your new role
The main purpose of your role is to support the Sales Team by managing the order process from start to finish. You will accurately and efficiently take orders over the phone, via email and also using CRM systems. Other responsibilities will include: keeping customer records up to date on the sales database, generating sales reports and handling any customer enquiries in a timely manner. You may also be required to provide administrative support to the wider sales team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience within a similar role and be immediately available for interview and a start date. You will have excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritise workloads and have a strong team ethic. You will have experience using CRM systems in a previous role and be able to confidently use Excel.
What you'll get in return
This is an ongoing temporary role expected to last between 3-6 months with the potential for extension. Full-time role with the option for hybrid dependent on training. £14.50/hour plus holiday pay.
