We are looking for a Warehouse/ Fulfilment / Ecommerce Operative for our client based in Colnbrook.
Salary: £27,000
Hours: Monday to friday 09:00 - 18:00
Duties:
- Ensures customer requirements are met and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements
- Ensures documents are completed and updated in a timely, efficient manner and according to customers procedures
- Pick, pack, stock checks
- Performs booking deliveries and collections
- Monitoring bookings until delivered
- Processing documents & labels to the warehouse team for pick & Pack orders
- Maintains excellent relationships with customers & suppliers
- Identifies performance issues of suppliers and informs customers accordingly
- Performs operating systems related tasks to provide up to date information on shipment
