About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our fantastic schools in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. As an LSA, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with diverse needs and learning styles, ensuring they receive the best possible education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to children with SEND, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Use your initiative to adapt and respond to the needs of individual students.
- Foster a supportive and understanding environment that accommodates different learning styles.
