Senior Research Analyst (Brand Media)
CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading media organisation to appoint a Senior Research Analyst to play a key role in the management, coordination and delivery of a large, annual multi-market research study; duties include:
- Agency Management
- Survey Design
- Questionnaire Development
- Data Analysis
- Quality Checking
- Key Issue Identification
- Debriefing & Presentation
The Senior Research Analyst will also coordinate and deliver relevant ad-hoc quantitative projects via the Attest Platform and support the Senior Manager on other ad-hoc primary research projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience of analytical and market research techniques (ideally within a Research Agency environment)
- Advanced skills in Survey Reporter (or similar research tools)
- Excellent knowledge and experience using statistical tools (e.g. Survey Reporter, TGI)
- Ability to create a narrative with actional recommendations derived from research data and insights
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple LoB
- Experienced in presenting strategic insights to senior management
- Ability to examine issues from a holistic perspective, considering wider business impacts
- Ability to build clear insight from analysis & presentation of research data
- Able to work autonomously
