We are recruiting an Executive Assistant to work for a successful European law firm based in the heart of London. This is a brand new role providing direct 1-2-1 support to a Practice Director.
The role is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (however must be flexible on occasion to work overtime) paying a competitive salary! Hybrid working and great benefits on offer.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Supporting with general administration
- Document preparation
- Preparing agendas for meetings and minute taking
- Undertaking research
- Assisting with project work
- Attending meetings
- Ensuring confidentiality at all times
We are looking for someone with a degree and 2 years of professional services or law firm experience.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must as well as the ability to liaise with people at all levels in the business.
You must be able to work flexibly according to the demands of the business, have a commercial mindset and be a self-starter able to use your own initiative.
