Trinity House Group are currently supporting a highly successful business who are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) to join them as an FP&A Manager based in Solihull. The role offers a fantastic package including a good bonus & pension and offers great flexibility including hybrid working (2days in the office)

Key Duties, FP&A Manager, £65,000+5k Car & Bonus, Solihull

  • Drives the Group wide planning process, including annual budget and forecasts
  • Facilitates enhanced decision-making by developing, implementing and maintaining dynamic models and process improvements to deliver high quality analytics, scenario and predictive planning
  • Liaises with executive stakeholders to generate management reporting and variance analysis supporting company's strategic long-term and short-term objectives
  • Builds strong relationships with Finance teams across Business units to ensure consistency of planning and performance reporting
  • Perform month end related tasks including journal postings, reconciliations and controls
  • Drive reporting, assessment and communication of financial results and provide insight on business trends and initiatives
  • Support production of the suite of monthly reports to the Senior Management to provide enhanced analysis of the business performance
  • Implement ongoing improvements to planning and analysis process to deliver faster & more accurate insights across the business
  • Support audit process

The Ideal Candidate, FP&A Manager

  • People management experience and leadership skills
  • Excellent modelling, analytical and data visualisation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to develop cross-functional relationships with stakeholders of all levels
  • Ability to deliver in a fast paced environment, multitask, prioritise and see things to conclusion
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills;
  • Solid technical financial knowledge, ideally with professional accounting qualification;
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
