This InterAction Data Executive opportunity is positioned in a leading international law firm and will come in on a 12 month FTC to support on the migration from InterAction to InTapp whilst ensuring the current system is accurate and up to date.
The key responsibilities within this InterAction Data Executive role will be:
- Maintain mailing lists and clean the data to ensure contact information is accurate. For example: Resolve duplicate entries and check for errors; research and verify changes to contacts details for example contacts that move to another company, mergers, name changes; research mailing addresses; ensure consistency across data.
- Enter new contacts into InterAction and verify new entries for proper formatting as per firm data standards.
- Maintain guidelines, processes and best practices.
- Generate searches and reports for the Business Development team.
- Provide user support and advice on InterAction when necessary.
The successful candidate for this role will have a technical understanding of InterAction from a legal and/or professional services environment.
