  • Utilise CRM systems to manage interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Provide product knowledge to educate and support customers and clients
  • Collaborate across teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Deliver high-quality service within time-sensitive environments
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers

What You Bring:

  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM and ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Solid understanding of customer service best practices and product knowledge
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
