We are searching for ambitious, enthusiastic and customer-centric individuals to join our client's Customer Success Team as a Customer Service Sales Advisor

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK resident residing within commutable distance to Leeds. Please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Key Details

  • Leeds - Office Based
  • £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
  • 30 days holiday (increasing by one day per year of service, up to 35) + Bank Holidays + Work Anniversary Day Off

Flexible Shift Patterns:

  • Shift 1 (Monday - Friday): 6am - 2pm
  • Shift 2 (Monday - Friday): 4pm - 12am
  • Shift 3 (Saturday & Sunday): To be confirmed

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in a thriving start-up business, led by a passionate entrepreneur who has successfully founded and scaled two very successful tech businesses in Leeds.

The successful individuals will be the first point of contact for homeowners who require home concierge services; it will be your responsibility to provide customers with best-in-class service throughout the customer journey which will include: converting customer enquiries, coordinating quoting, billing and quality assurance for services including but not limited to: General Maintenance & Repair Services (including emergency repairs), Specialist Repairs, Construction & Renovation Services and Utilities.

You'll thrive working in a fast-paced environment and will be keen to develop your career with the business as it begins to scale. Due to the nature of the business, you may be required to work shift patterns in time.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Customer Service - 2+ years of proven experience providing exceptional customer service, preferably in a contact centre role. Although we are open to talking to candidates with a can-do attitude, who can demonstrate the relevant competencies.
  • Sales Acumen - An ability to build exceptional relationships to convert enquiries into active customers.
  • Highly IT literate - Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRMs and omnichannel platforms.
  • Problem-Solving - You will love troubleshooting and finding solutions to problems. You will also have the ability to think outside the box and make considered recommendations.
  • A People Person - Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders alike.
  • Organisation - Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail, able to manage your workload and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently.
