Customer Service Coordinator / Full time / 6 Month FTC / £25,875 per annum
My client, a leader in luxury products for high spec interiors, are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join them on a full time basis. Within this role you will offer after sales support and assist with orders whilst in process. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you should also ensure any technical issues are resolved and rectified, whilst ensuring the customer is kept up to date throughout the process.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for customers in relation to order queries
- Always provide exceptional levels of customer service
- Advise clients on product information and recommend alternate products where possible
- Build long lasting relationships with customers to ensure returned business
- Manage own workload and key performance metrics, whilst also working as a team to ensure the achievement of the team, department, and business objectives.
- Undertake a range of administrative duties as requested or demand necessitates.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in background in retail customer service ideally from a phone-based role
- Excellent customer service skills in any situation
- Relevant product knowledge would be desirable / the ability to pick up knowledge quickly
- Highly organised and detail orientated with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- Previous experience with Salesforce and Sage – Desirable
Package:
- Fully office based - Full time Monday to Friday – 08:30 until 17:00 with a 30-minuite unpaid lunch break.
