Position: Interim Marketing Consultant
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Contract Length: 6-12 Months (starting 1st November)
Compensation: Competitive with possible completion bonus
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Marketing Consultant with a strong background in retail marketing, strategy, and go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns aimed at business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to business growth and market expansion.
- Lead campaigns that drive business development, without reliance on existing materials.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to produce engaging content (photo, video, case studies).
- Identify and manage external agencies for ghostwriting, leadership profiles, and other content needs.
- Focus on external communications to support business development.
- Contribute to workstreams involving proposition development, strategy, mergers, and content generation.
- Ensure delivery is aligned with goals, with a goal-oriented approach to deliverables.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail marketing, strategy, and go-to-market campaigns.
- Strong ability to translate ideas into high-quality content—photo, video, and case studies.
- Experience working with external agencies and managing vendor relationships.
- Business development mindset with a focus on driving external communication and market presence.
- Goal-driven with a potential completion bonus for exceeding expectations.
- Available to start by 1st November on a 6/9/12 month contract.
What We Don't Need:
- No need for brand redesign, graphic overhauls, or framework development. We're looking for strategic content and communication delivery.
