We are pleased to be working on behalf of a leading business based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds for an Operations Manager to join their growing team.
This is an exciting leadership role that will require someone to establish processes to ensure profitable delivery of business goals whilst providing unmatched customer experience from the engineer workforce.
Key Duties:
- Format and implement robust processes to monitor and track all engineers.
- Accountable for profit/loss margins for engineer population and report on a monthly basis.
- Work with Directors, Senior Management and other internal departments.
- Develop team members capability to strengthen the overall operation.
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the companies national network of engineers.
- Lead and engage your team to drive performance and growth for the business.
Previous Skills & Experience:
- Proven commercial business acumen driven by targets.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Effective communicator.
- Experience in managing others remotely and face to face.
- Project management.
- Clean Driving License.
