Your transformative journey:
- First 12 weeks: The fully salaried Bootcamp phase is an intensive, full-time training program to gain the skills you need to thrive. Subject to demand, you will specialise as a Business Analyst / Process Engineer working with a Higher Education Institution.
You will be introduced to and begin onboarding with your higher education institute.
- Deployment period: After the 12-week training period, you will have all you need to hit the ground running in your specific pathway as you start your placement with one of the Higher Education teams.
- Beyond programme completion: Hays will support you in your next phase of your career whether it's with your Higher Education institution or with another company.
Responsibilities:
Process Improvement and Automation: Identify and implement opportunities for automating manual processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Change Management and Communication: Facilitate smooth transitions for new systems and processes, managing change within the organisation and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and user needs.

Eligibility Criteria:
No qualifications or experience. But you need to:
- have lived in the UK for the last 3+ years and have the Right-to-work in the UK as defined by the?funding rules for the Level 4 Business Analysis Apprenticeship.
- pass BPSS (identity and right-to-work) checks during the application process.
- have maths and English Level 2 qualifications to pass your Apprenticeship. If you do not already have them, you will be supported in taking them during the programme.
- Located in or will be located in one of the following locations by the start date: Leeds / London / Dundee (St Andrews)
