Accounts Assistant / up to £30,000 DOE / Oldham / Permanent / Hybrid
Adaptable Recruitment are working with a reputable business near Speke who are looking for an experienced Finance & Payroll Assistant to join their team
Package:
- Salary £30,000 DOE
- Full-time, Permanent
- Monday - Friday 37.5 hours (some flexibility)
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Location: Oldham
Job Duties:
- Process weekly and monthly payroll across the group according to deadlines working collaboratively with the transactional
- Ensure all payroll data is collected and processed accurately and on-time
- Adjust and correct payroll errors and answer queries in a timely manner
- Ensure all payroll and employee data is up to date
- Support finance team with processing of Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Responsible for full credit control function across the group
- Work closely with the wider finance team to support where needed
Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Financial Controller

Ideal experience?
- Knowledge of working within a similar transactional level role with payroll experience is essential
- Knowledge of Sage desirable
- Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
