We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our team and provide expert support across our sites across Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for offering specialist advice on legislative, procedural, and policy matters, and leading HR projects that support the company's strategic goals.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide professional advice and support to managers on employment relations including investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and attendance management issues.
  • Support the organisation through change, assisting in managing transitions such as TUPE, restructuring, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Assist with end-to-end employee life cycle processes.
  • Produce and deliver HR-related KPIs to the Senior Leadership Team, making recommendations based on findings.
  • Maintain and update company people policies in line with changing legislation and industry best practices.
  • Implement Performance Management Systems, provide feedback, and assist in creating development plans for employees.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement.
  • Develop learning materials and deliver training sessions in line with legislation and development needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or a minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR legislation and Employment Law for both ROI and NI.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, with balanced and sound judgement.
  • Responsive problem solver and solution-focused.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Proven experience in advising on HR associated matters.
  • Full Driving licence and access to a form of transport to fulfil the role.
