Job Title: Head of Service
Location: Bedford
Salary: Competitive (£50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Service to join our team based in Bedford. As a key member of the management team, you will lead a team of skilled Engineers and drive operational excellence, ensuring our high standards and business goals are met.
- Lead and inspire a team of Engineers, ensuring delivery of exceptional service in line with company values and Health and Safety standards
- Efficiently plan engineer workloads
- Manage team performance, absences, and appraisals
- Carry out site monitoring
- Maintain customer relationships, addressing any queries and complaints promptly
- Maintain credit control logs and CRM.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing a team of field engineers, ideally within the care sector or a similar service industry
- A management role or senior technical engineering background
- Relevant technical or management qualifications (desirable)
- A full UK driving licence
- A base in Bedfordshire with flexibility to travel.
