What you'll do
As Chief Operating Office / Head of Operations, you'll take full accountability for the strategic operations of the business, including finances, performance and standards. You'll also seek innovative ways to improve the profitability of the Nursing Home through:
- Marketing for more private residents, innovation, and introducing new services
- Reducing expenditure without compromising standards
- Implementing policies and procedures and leading with ongoing ISO 9001
- Ensuring a cohesive workforce where individuals are supported, celebrated and function to the best of their ability
You will be the leader and trusted individual responsible for propelling the company forward for years to come, reporting directly to the company director during monthly management meetings
What we're looking for
Experience within nursing isn't essential, so you may be from a senior hospitality background, multi-site retail, or a strategic accountant - You will however need drive, desire and discipline coupled with:
- Proven success with a commercially focused, operational role
- Evidence of Business Acumen and Commercial Achievement
- Proven track record of managing and improving operational processes
- Entrepreneurial spirit
