About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to provide both educational support and personal care to our students with complex needs. This role is not just a job; it's a calling to make a real difference in the lives of children who require that extra bit of care and attention.
Your Impact:
- Provide personal care and medical support, including peg feeding, ensuring the well-being of each child. A fully qualified nursing staff are onsite to deliver FULL training and will only leave you to be independent when you are ready.
- Work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.
- Utilise your experience working with people with additional needs/learning disabilities and your time in education to enhance the learning experiences of our students.
- Apply your knowledge of supporting children with medical needs to foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere.
