Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads using various sources, including online databases and social media platforms
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate interest in the company's products or services
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to establish their needs and requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and action plans for converting leads into customers
- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and outcomes using the company's CRM system
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by achieving individual and team targets
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lead generation or sales is highly desirable BUT not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other lead generation tools
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
