In this role, you will report to the Regional General Manager and be responsible for executing both national and regional strategies for your BTR property. Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the Built-to-Rent sector is essential.
- Previous experience as a General Manager or Property Manager within BTR.
- Ability to balance short-term operational needs with long-term strategic goals across a portfolio of properties.
- Expertise in developing and implementing strategies that align with both local and organizational objectives.
- Strong leadership skills to build, motivate, and engage high-performing teams with a strong sense of community.
