Build-to-Rent General Manager

Our client, a prominent leader in the UK's accommodation sector, is looking for talented General Managers to join their team as they expand into the Build to Rent (BTR) market. This new venture offers a unique opportunity to shape a world-class operation and lead a team that consistently exceeds customer expectations.

In this role, you will report to the Regional General Manager and be responsible for executing both national and regional strategies for your BTR property. Your focus will be on enhancing operational performance, driving sales and revenue growth, increasing profitability, and improving the overall experience for both customers and employees.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the Built-to-Rent sector is essential.
  • Previous experience as a General Manager or Property Manager within BTR.
  • Ability to balance short-term operational needs with long-term strategic goals across a portfolio of properties.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing strategies that align with both local and organizational objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills to build, motivate, and engage high-performing teams with a strong sense of community.
  • Commitment to fostering a safe, secure, and inclusive culture focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively advocate for and implement changes that drive success.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex business challenges and making informed decisions.
  • Adaptability to inspire and motivate teams in diverse situations.
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization.
