Paralegal / Case Handler - Leeds (or Remote)
Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE)
Location: Leeds office or home-based, with hybrid options available
TSR Legal are working with a national law firm who are seeking a skilled Case Handler to join a growing Counterclaims Specialist Team. You'll manage your own caseload of small claim RTA files, including some Fast Track cases under supervision. Responsibilities include advising clients, meeting court deadlines, and using case management systems effectively.
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of small claims processes
- Strong organisation
- Decision-making abilities
Desirable:
- RTA claims experience, particularly counterclaims
