My Non Profit client is urgently looking for a 1st Line IT Support person to support the organisation's corporate communications, marketing and ICT functions, utilising design, technical and communication skills, to ensure that the organisation's views and programmes are effectively communicated to members and constituents in general practice, stakeholders and staff.

1st Line IT Support Main Responsibilities:

  • Triaging the IT helpdesk, keeping a log of the IT helpdesk requests, and using the information to present a helpdesk report/analytics
  • Providing 1st line support to the organisation and providing solutions to some of the issues raised.
  • Provide basic IT helpdesk support to the organisation, escalating complex issues to senior team members for resolution.
  • Assist in replacing and upgrading outdated or defective IT system components as directed.
  • Assist in the creation and production of communications materials, including drafting content for digital and print media, such as the monthly newsletter
  • Support the maintenance and updating of the organisation's website, ensuring adherence to visual identity and style guidelines.
  • Providing training and training materials for colleagues
  • Compiling and preparing analytical reports on communications channels for review by senior staff.
  • Ownership of the production of the IT Memos

  • MS Office 365 products
  • Technical support (software)
