£35,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on skills and abilities)
Permanent role in Wrexham
8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

We are supporting a reputable food manufacturing organisation to recruit a Project Manager who will lead on projects within a FMCG manufacturing environment well as drive a collaborative approach to problem solving & performance improvement.

The Role of the Project Manager:

  • Manage a variety of key projects from to start to finish ensuring completion against KPI's.
  • Lead and deliver Continuous Improvement to deliver a reduction in unplanned losses.
  • Apply problem solving tools and coach others in the use of these - such as 5Y, Fishbone, DMAIC etc.
  • Lead and deliver workshops as well as coach others in the use of continuous improvement processes.
  • Attend senior leadership meetings.
  • Produce, report and analyse data.

The Ideal Project Manager will have the following:

  • A background in project management
  • Previous experience working in the manufacturing industry
  • Previous experience in Operations Leadership (i.e. people coaching, change management)
  • A passion for capability building
  • Engineering/technical knowledge
  • Strong excel and competent with IT
  • Highly motivated and excellent work ethic
  • Positive persona
  • Excellent organisation, planning and problem solving skills
