Make a Difference: Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our thriving school community.
About the Role:
- You will provide one-to-one and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across a range of ages and abilities.
- Working closely with teachers, you will develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to help students achieve their full potential.
- You will create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that caters to individual needs.
- You will use a variety of resources and strategies to support learning and development.
- You will build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
About You:
- You have a genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEN.
- You are qualified as a Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or 3) or have demonstrably relevant experience.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are resourceful, patient, and adaptable.
- You are a strong team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
