Your new companyGFSL are currently looking for an experienced Project manager to join their team covering Gloucester (GL12) and Bristol area within the prison service.

Duties may include but are not limited to:
- 3 years managerial and technical experience in project delivery for construction and renovation work
- Experience in NEC contracts and the tendering process of projects
- Experience in CDM 2015 regulations and awareness of Building Safety Act 2023 and relevant duty holdings
- Current CITB SMSTS certification
- Management of project budgets from £50,000 to around £500,000
- Experienced of managing multiple projects, at different stages of development across disciplines and establishments
- Experienced at managing low value, high volume minor work projects
- Experience of building strong client relationships, subcontractor management and internal stakeholder relationships
- Public, prison sector, defence or similar experience preferred
- Driving licence
- Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 39 hrs per week.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will understand model contract forms such as JCT, NEC, CDM Experience (2015), an understanding of BREEAM and BIM, current or previous experience within a similar role managing client-facing Project Work services and a background in construction and refurbishment.
You must hold a Project management qualification such as a PRINCE 2, and you will also have experience in both Project delivery and lifecycle development & mechanical plants.What you'll get in returnA competitive salary plus other benefits such as holidays, pension etc....
