Payroll Specialist

Position Overview:

The role is responsible for supporting th Payroll Manager with the end-to-end monthly payroll processing across several regions, including the UK, Europe, and APAC. This includes working with the HR team to ensure monthly changes are accurately captured, preparing data submissions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring compliance with pension auto-enrolment regulations.
- Liaising with payroll providers on submissions and resolving queries.
- Reviewing and reconciling payroll data within deadlines.
- Producing gross reconciliation analysis and net payments for approval.
- Handling employee, partner, and vendor queries with a focus on high-quality service delivery.
- Submitting payroll liabilities and payments in a timely manner.
- Supporting the annual P11D process.
- Assisting with process improvements as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting the Payroll Manager with various projects as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing across multiple payrolls.
- Strong understanding of global payroll processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with in-country policies on time off (e.g., family leave, sickness).
- Experience with TUPE transfers.
- Previous experience with ADP systems (especially ADP Celergo) preferred.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Fluency in German or Italian is a plus but not required.
