Internal Operations & Compliance Coordinator to join a renowned, national connectivity & IOT solutions provider. This pivotal position focuses on enhancing compliance systems, ensuring adherence to ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards, and managing certifications. This role will assist the Head of Internal Operations, supervise fleet coordination, and develop essential business processes and trackers, all crucial to the company's success.

Key responsibilities:

  • ISO Compliance: Assist the Head of Internal Operations in maintaining ISO9001 & 27001 compliance records and in developing and implementing new records, forms, and processes.
  • Compliance & Governance: Help sustain governance and compliance documentation, draft relevant reports, and create and communicate business trackers and processes to ensure seamless internal and customer-facing operations.
  • Certifications: Support the Head of Internal Operations in implementing and maintaining business certifications such as SMAS and Safe Contractor.
  • Fleet Coordination: Oversee office maintenance, manage business and fleet insurance, and handle general day-to-day operational tasks.

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

  • ISO 9001: Previous experience in a compliance role, particularly with implementing and maintaining systems such as ISO9001.
  • Fleet Administration: Extensive experience in office and fleet administration, including insurance negotiation and maintenance.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently and make decisions to advance projects.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to work proactively and manage time efficiently.
