A full time Senior HR Consultant role, initially agency for up to 12 weeks with potential for a contract with RMBC for up to 12 months. Working as part of a dedicated muti-disciplinary team for a significant project within Provider Services which forms part of Adult Care and Integration.
This element of the service employs 450 staff and delivers services across a broad range of areas. The service currently consists of a range of care and support services which operate across a range of disciplines including:
- Lord Hardy Court - Dementia and IMC
Davies Court - Dementia and IMC • Reablement
Rothercare and Assistive Technology
Extra Care schemes (Bakersfield, Potteries and Stag Willow)
Reach Day Services (Elliot Centre and Maple Avenue)
Supported Living (Sandygate and Acres View)
