This exciting and reputable company have the requirement for a Business Development Executive to join their office based in Livingston West Lothian.
Job Description
Role- Business Development Executive
Salary- £40,000- £45,000 with up to 40% commission
Hours- 09:00 – 17:15 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) and 09:00 – 17:30 (Wednesday).
Location- covering the whole of the UK, remote work but semi regular trips to Livingston office
- Identify and win sales via Account Management and New Client Acquisition.
- Meeting with clients face to face and via Microsoft Teams.
- Account development planning.
- Work alongside Commercial, Chemistry and QA departments to provide excellent client service.
- Support design of service solutions.
- Support InterCompany processes.
- Grow the brand within the UK market.
- Generation of quotations.
- Management of UK ComLIMS (CLO, CLQ, CLPA).
- Provide commercial status reports.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements.
- Maintain CRM system.
Qualifications
- Pharma services sales experience is essential.
- Good understanding of GMP.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Demonstrates leadership skills, good judgement, and the ability to influence others.
- Excellent documentation and organisational skills.
- Quality consciousness with the ability to consistently work to industry standards.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Passionate about quality and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to understand client requirements and able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions.
