About the Role:

  • Provide academic and emotional support to students across a range of subjects and abilities.
  • Assist teachers with preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the overall well-being of students.
  • Provide support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in education (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A passion for working with young people.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Experience working in a secondary school setting.
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Knowledge of SEN (Special Educational Needs) and inclusion.
  • Proficiency in using ICT (Information and Communication Technology).
