- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the overall well-being of students.
- Provide support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in education (preferred but not essential).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A passion for working with young people.
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience working in a secondary school setting.
- Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Knowledge of SEN (Special Educational Needs) and inclusion.
- Proficiency in using ICT (Information and Communication Technology).
