Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Telesales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and selling insurance products that meet their needs. Your persuasive communication skills and customer-centric approach will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell insurance products.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telesales or insurance sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in insurance sales are a plus.
