Description
As Management Accountant reporting into both a qualified Head of Finance and Financial Controller, you will be successfully responsible for producing the Management Accounts with key duties such as Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Prepayments, Accruals, Fixed Asset and Variance Analysis etc.
Alongside this will be contributing towards the key forecasting and budgeting on a monthly and annual basis, which includes business partnering and stakeholder management with both the wider financial and non financial stakeholders such as Group Finance Manager and Head of Operations.
Other ad hoc responsibilities include year end audit for example.
Profile
- Either ACCA / CIMA / ACA Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience (QBE).
- Extensive experience of Management Accounts such as Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Prepayments, Accruals, Fixed Assets etc.
- Knowledge as well as current/previous examples of either forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, cost margins, presenting board packs etc.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel such as Vlookups and Pivot Tables.
- Worked or previously worked in the Manufacturing/FMCG industry is desirable.
- Excellent written or verbal communication
- Can work individually when necessary.
